" My car was originally stolen and I was heartbroken! This is a reoccurring issue with Kias and I was shocked that it being stolen happened to me. But thankfully I got it back. Progressive had my car taken here to be worked on to fix the transmission, car handle, and other damage that was done in the vehicle. It brought tears to my eyes seeing it back in the condition I had before it was stolen. They updated me along the way of their progress and fixed issues I brought to their attention. It is in an ideal location with a rental car facility across the street that allows for easy customer/rental car drop off and delivery. The customer service exceeds traditional auto body shop expectations, which is such an added benefit to the superior workmanship with any collision, fender bender work that needs to be done on our cars. I also appreciate the automated text messages to let you know the status of your vehicle.
